  • Leading brand architecture, positioning, marketing strategy and copy/creative direction, while delivering synchronized marketing campaigns for clients, including Deloitte, Panasonic, World Vision, and Financial Engines. Managing teams of 3-12 professionals to develop and build transformational brands, funneling websites, usable mobile apps, effective social strategies, comprehensive marketing plans, and experiential design. Achieve rapid results using iterative tactics, repeatable methodology and agile work flows.

2010-2016        Global Creative Services Manager  |  World Vision International

  • Led a global team of creative professionals delivering over 250 communications and marketing solutions yearly, for one of the largest global NGOs. Served clients in over 20 countries and successfully navigated international stakeholder relationships to ensure strategic alignment with the global brand. Translated business objectives, marketing goals and information into strategic concepts and rationales for creative execution.

  • Introduced and launched new global business model to improve creative development, while also gaining efficiencies that saved the organization over $300k per year. Moved traditional publishing toward digital and on-demand solutions that will provide multi-million dollar savings year over year.

  • Provided business management and led a global team of 10-20 professionals through the redesign and relaunch of the World Vision global intranet (wvcentral) serving over 40,000 staff in over 100 countries. Grew the registered user base by over 220% in the 6 months following the relaunch.

  • Supervised and improved day to day services and support for global intranet, including user experience design, senior leadership steering committee, stakeholder management, strategic roadmap, infrastructure planning, development management, support agreements and SEM/SEO management.

  • Directed strategy, positioning and creative development for campaigns and new business pitches. Provided creative direction, art direction and writing for award-winning work for Fortune 500 clients and category leaders including Panasonic, Whole Foods Market, Petco and Fender Guitars, while helping land over $10M in new business.

  • Delivered integrated marketing services and campaigns through digital and traditional channels that included broadcast/video, public/media relations, e-commerce, in-bound CRM, direct sales, experiential, outdoor and environmental.
  • Led the Methodology Task Force in implementing user-centered design methodology agency-wide. Developed The Playground, a brainstorming workshop to build creative competencies, and increase the impact of the agency’s creative output.
